Mentor Teams: Amplifying the Impact of Your Civic Project

Updated: May 30, 2021

Applications for our 2021 Civic Innovation Fellowship, running from August through December, are now open.

To intentionally foster civic innovation, including equity-related projects, we've developed this program to give innovators the space, network, and support needed to realize success. Find out more about the fellowship as well as our support for and expectations of all participating fellows.

One of the key aspects of the fellowship is the support offered through our mentor groups. All fellows in the cohort will have access to a team of mentors to support the growth of their projects. These mentors are also members of our shared community, working to help expand the reach and impact of each fellow’s project.

Mentors are carefully paired with fellows based on the scope or goals of each project. They serve as a sounding board and guiding force outside of the scheduled training sessions and workshops that bring together the entire cohort of fellows.

As a fellow, you can count on mentors to offer ongoing guidance throughout the program. These teams will be assisting with strategizing and shaping your project, as well as helping to grow your network. Mentors may be able to provide access to key contacts that can improve the success and amplify the impact and reach of your civic project.

Are you ready to take your civic project or idea to the next level? Apply today to join our 2021 fellowship cohort - applications are currently open.
