We’re looking for a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial individual who shares an interest in our mission and helping innovators in the community scale their ideas. The Program Coordinator will primarily manage the fellowship program at CCI. We believe civic innovation is an essential exercise of community empowerment, and the fellowship program was created to give innovators the space, network, and support to realize success. A blend of fifteen community members and groups will be working on a service or solution to address a challenge the community faces. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring fellows receive the training, coaching, capacity support and other resources to achieve their goals. Capturing data and outcomes from the program and sharing the impact with donors and stakeholders is an essential part of the position.
Responsibilities and duties:
Coordinate logistics of weekly programming for the fellowship program, including space, food, technology, translation services, childcare, transportation, and accessibility.
Collect data on fellows and their projects through surveys and check-ins; generate meaningful reports on this data.
Expand/enhance the curriculum for the fellowship program.
Check-in with fellows and coaches at least monthly to determine progress, support needs, and satisfaction with the program.
Volunteer coordination, including recruiting, orientation, recognition and tracking hours.
Cultivate relationships with constituents and manage workflows across coalitions and partners.
Generate social media posts, newsletter content, and press releases.

Job specifics:
This is a part-time, hourly job; 10-15 hours/week
Contract period is August 1, 2021-February 28, 2022. Extension possible contingent upon funding availability.
$20/hour
Most of this job will take place on your schedule, asynchronously. Attendance at fellowship programming will be required (usually a weekday evening 2X monthly).
